No problem, we can make sign lights to any length, and it’s really easy to order:
Although we list our LED sign lights in feet, we can make them to any length your require, at no extra cost.
This example shows you how easy it is to order your required size, using an example of 2500mm.
Step 1:
When choosing your product options, from the ‘Length’ dropdown box, select the next size up from what you require. As we are using 2500mm in this example, you would select the next size up, which is 9ft (2743mm).
Step 2:
Select all your other product specifications (Colour, Power Cable, Bracket Length etc) and then add your light to your basket.
Step 3:
Go to the checkout page. In the ‘Order notes’ box, write: “Please make to exactly 2500mm”. Complete checkout.
Done!! It’s that simple.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes, your custom length will be stated on the Order Confirmation page as well as stated on the bottom of your invoice as confirmation of what you have ordered.
Is there an extra cost for custom length sign lights?
No, there is no extra cost.
Is there any extra lead time for custom-length sign lights?
Not usually. During extremely busy periods it may take an extra day but more often that not it won’t take any longer.
Are there any sizes you can’t do?
Due to the size of the internal components the shortest length we can make is 610mm. Anything longer than that is fine.
