Lead time for Black and White units is currently 2 working days (excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).
For Black or White sign lights:

PLEASE NOTE: While our lead times give our best estimation of when you will receive your order, delays, although rare, can and do happen, not only during the manufacturing process, but also with any delivery service. Please be sure to allow contingency time when placing your order.
For Other Colours sign lights:
Lead time for any other colours (Blue, Red, Silver or Bespoke RAL) is around 4-5 working days, sometimes a bit sooner. We’re not specific with delivery dates for these but we’ll get them out to you as soon as they’re ready.
Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland
If you’re wanting your order delivered to the Highlands (or nearby) and Islands, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland then it’s still free but please allow an extra three to five working days for delivery.
Jersey and the Channel Islands
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver here, or to a freight-forwarder for onward delivery here.
The courier will have your phone number
We will always provide the courier with the contact number you provide for use should they run into any issues delivering your order. We do however receive a lot of requests for the courier to call 30/60 minutes before delivery. Unfortunately, due to the way routes are electronically calculated, and the high quantity of deliveries each day, it just isn’t possible for the driver to give you a call in advance with a time slot.
